Meet the Co-Founders

Katy has been a 30 year resident of Florida. She attended college at Florida State University, living in Tallahassee while obtaining a Masters Degree in Speech Pathology only to pivot her professional career as an entrepreneur. For the past 25 years, she has been a resident of St. Johns County, raising her family and running operations in the Building & Construction industry, managing all aspects of the financial accounting, vendor management and insurance. Having first hand knowledge of what it is like to live in community developments run by HOAs, she knows how important Property Management is to each member of the community. She believes that “Good Boundaries Make Great Neighbors.” Katy is a licensed Community Association Manager by the State of Florida.

Joe is originally from the Berkshires in Massachusetts but now resides in St. Johns County, Florida. Joe attended Saint Anselm College in New Hampshire, spending the first part of his career in the Corporate Talent as a Human Resource Executive. In 2017, he took a leap of faith to start his own residential consulting business, Black Diamond Residential Project Management which specialized in landscape management, general contracting, and real estate sales. More recently, Joe has been serving as the President of his own HOA and fully understands all the responsibilities of the Board of Directors, its fiduciary obligations to the community and role of doing what is best for the greatest good of the community. Joe is a licensed Community Association Manager by the State of Florida.
